Aaron Jeffery

Logie Award-winning actor from New Zealand and Australia, Aaron C. Jeffery. He is well-known for his role in the film Terry Watson in Water Rats and as Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters, and as Matt "Fletch" Fletcher in Wentworth. Jeffery was born in Auckland's Howick and then relocated to Australia at the age of 17 years old. He pursued acting studies at NIDA. After graduating in 1993 from NIDA, he began his career in television on the children's programme Ship to Shore. Jeffery is most well-known for his character Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He left the show in the year 2008. The actor was also a part of the third season of New Zealand drama Outrageous Fortune. Jeffery appeared in the series Underbelly: Badness as Frank. He wrapped filming on 22 June. Three days later it was announced that Jeffery had joined the crew of Neighbours as Bradley Fox for two months. It was announced that Jeffery was selected to play an officer in corrections on Wentworth on October. Bevan Lee's Between Two Worlds was also the role he played. In April of 2021, it was announced that Jeffery will be a part of Pieces of Her, a Netflix thriller series that was adapted from the Karin Slaughter book. In 2004 and 2007, Jeffery won the Silver Logie for Most Popular actor in a Drama Series for his work on McLeod's Daughters.
